Cauliflower is for more than just roasting! This healthy white veggie can bring texture, moisture, and oodles of nutrients to so many dishes. Cauliflower can make for the creamiest soup or sauce. Rice it and add it to casseroles, meatballs, or even oatmeal (unexpected, but so good!). Add cauliflower to mashed potatoes or freeze it to a smoothie!
