– Preheat oven. – Cut the ends off the squash. Then cut it in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
– Cut the squash halves into half moon slices.
– Place squash slices in a bowl, drizzle with oil & season with salt & garlic powder. Toss to coat.
– Arrange the squash slices on a baking sheet in a single layer, making sure there is some space in between each slice.Â
– Roast squash in the oven. Remove, flip each slice and roast until the squash is tender and golden on the outside. – Enjoy warm.
