– Heat oil over in a pot. Add onion and carrot. Cook until softened.
– Add ground beef, broken into small crumbles. Cook until browned. Then stir salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika. Add tomato paste and cook.
– Add Worcestershire sauce, spinach and pasta. Stir in the broth.
– Cover and bring up to a simmer. Cook, stirring, until pasta is tender. – Remove the lid and stir in yogurt and cheese. Add more salt and pepper if necessary.
– Enjoy when warm!
