Throat-Soothing Turmeric Milk + Chamomile Tea Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags Chamomile tea
  • 1/2 container REBBL Golden Turmeric Milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 -1 tablespoon honey depending on preferred sweetness

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil and steam the tea bags on the hot water for 7 minutes. Remover tea bags and allow tea to cool to room temperature.
  • Once tea has cooled, combine it with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds to combine all flavors.
  • Pour into ice pop molds. Insert stick and freeze until solid (about 6 hours).
  • Enjoy as needed.
