- 2 cups steamed then frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk of choice I used oat milk
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter can sub sunflower butter to make nut free
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
Combine frozen cauliflower, water, and milk in your blender. Blend until smooth and cauliflower is totally pureed.
Add remaining ingredients to your blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add more water a little at a time if needed to reach desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
