Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This easy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is the perfect breakfast for when you want that pumpkin spice fix! Made in minutes in your blender and full of nothing but the good stuff. Easily made vegan, dairy-free and Paleo.
Servings: 2 small smoothies (or 1 large)
- 1 ripe bananas, frozen if not frozen, add a handful of ice cubes to the smoothie
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 pitted dates or more, depending on how sweet you want it. optional
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla optional
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk if needed for a thinner smoothie or ice cubes for a thicker. If sweeter smoothie is desired, add more banana or dates. Blend again.
