  • 2 5 oz cans of tuna
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp onion powder or to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Open cans for tuna and drain off any extra liquid.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more mayo for a creamier salad.
  • Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in fridge for up to 2 days.
