– Add the mashed sweet potato, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup to a food processor.
– Blend until smooth, stopping to scrap down the sides and bottom once and then blending again.
– Taste and add additional maple syrup if needed. – Spread the frosting onto the top of each cupcake.
