Then add carrots and celery.

Add chicken

Sprinkle seasoning in

Add broth....

Cover and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering, add quinoa and beans. Stir, cover pot and cook.

Once cooked, carefully remove chicken.

Shred chicken

Add in frozen veggies and balsamic vinegar.

Add shredded chicken back into the pot.
