If back-to-school season also has you feeling those back-to-school germs, it’s time to whip up a batch of these Throat-Soothing Turmeric Milk + Chamomile Tea Pops to calm all that ails you. Made with super herb charged REBBL Golden Turmeric Milk, they couldn’t be easier, healthier, or more soothing for you and your little ones.

It started with a stuffy nose. Then a little cough. And then a lot of coughing. And, before I knew it, my whole family was down with a gnarly back-to-school cold that had us loafing on the couch spooning boxes of tissues instead of enjoying the amazing fall weather that has graced Southern California this year. Seriously, the weather here is *perfection*, so the fact that we couldn’t get out there and enjoy it was less than impressive. So it was time to get my family feeling better with some seriously healing food.

I got myself into the kitchen, whipped up some slow cooker bone broth, chicken soup, and some of these Throat-Soothing Turmeric Milk + Chamomile Tea Pops to keep the sickies fed, hydrated, and healing. I was lucky enough that REBBL had generously shipped me all of their amazing flavors of coconut milk – based elixirs to try (all of them are so delicious and full of amazingly clean ingredients and super herbs), so I had exactly what I needed on hand. REBBL‘s products are great because they use plants that have been used for centuries for their healing and nourishing properties in their beverages. Plus, REBBL’s ingredients are all super clean and real (while skipping on any stabilizers, thickeners, or artificial flavors like many other brands). REBBL‘s products are formulated just the way I aim to feed my family and it’s awesome to have a few ready-to-enjoy products on hand that I can feel good about giving my family.

The mellowness of chamomile is usually enjoyed in hot tea-form, but that can be a bit tricky to convince an icky-feeling kiddo to drink. Plus, cold feels amazing on a scratchy throat, so I decided to make these Throat-Soothing Turmeric Milk + Chamomile Tea Pops to get my crew feeling like their old selves again. Some cooled chamomile tea combined with a little ginger, cinnamon, honey, and REBBL’s Golden Turmeric Milk made for the perfect kick-those-germs-to-the-curb treat. Turmeric especially is known for its anti-inflammatory proprieties and REBBL’s Golden Turmeric Milk adds a healing, yet creamy element to these ice pops that make them extra soothing and palatable…even for the little patients.  I quickly made these pops in the morning when it was clear the germs had made themselves unwelcomed visitors in our home and by afternoon, we were all enjoying one as we snuggled under a blanket. A little healing food, rest, and relaxation….and everyone was on their way to recovery

These look amazing! What kind of popsicle molds did you use? I’m going to make some in advance so that they’re on hand for when the inevitable happens. The closest I’ve come to medicinal popsicles is freezing some Pedialyte for when my kids have fevers…but yours really take it to the next level. 😊👍🏻🌈💖

Honestly, I don’t recall the name of my mold and wouldn’t suggest them. They make a pretty popsicle, but are a pain in the tush to get out of the mold! And ice pops are a totally magical this when you or little ones are sick, right!? Its the little things in life.
